D. Payment Information

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. SCULPTD does not store or process your credit card details directly.

AWS (Amazon Web Services) – Secure data storage (photos in S3)
Firebase – App functionality and analytics
Google Analytics – App usage insights
Apple Health / MyFitnessPal – Integrated health data (with your permission)

Images securely stored in AWS S3
JWT tokens with asymmetric encryption
Access limited to authorized SCULPTD staff
Security protocols are regularly updated

5. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. After deactivation, personal data is retained up to 6 months, unless required longer by law.

6. Children’s Privacy

SCULPTD is intended for users aged 13+. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted and the account disabled.
